Return Policy:
- Avant Bikes, featuring products Lagom and FX750, adheres to a strict no-return policy unless the bike is damaged during shipment.
- To report shipping damages, contact us immediately at info@avantbikes.com with evidence of the damage. We will then initiate the necessary evaluation and response.
Eligibility for Return:
- A return request due to shipping damage must be made within 30 days of receiving your bike.
- The bike must be in the same condition as received, with all original packaging intact.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required for processing the return.
Return Process:
- For a valid return request, please send an email to info@avantbikes.com.
- Note: Returns are only accepted for bikes damaged during shipping. Bikes returned without prior approval, or for reasons other than shipping damage, will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues:
- Upon receipt of your bike, please inspect it for any shipping damages.
- Contact us immediately if the bike is defective or damaged in transit, so we can address the issue promptly.
Guarantee Policy:
- The Lagom bike comes with a one-year electrical guarantee. This covers malfunctions in electrical components and offers replacements for these parts.
- The guarantee does not extend to wearables and components subject to normal wear and tear, such as brake pads.
- The FX750 bike does not come with a guarantee.
Exceptions:
- We do not accept returns for custom orders, personalized items, or items purchased on sale or with gift cards.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:
- For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, without justification. The item must be in its original condition and packaging, with receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds:
- In case of a valid return, we will inspect the bike and notify you of the refund status.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
